摘要 通过分析裂纹对结构涡流场的影响规律,验证了根据阻抗图幅度和相位分析判定缺陷技术的优点,对叶片缺陷尺寸及涡流信号响应特征之间的关系进行了定性分析和研究。实践表明,涡流检测速度快、灵敏度高、测试结果准确。 Through analysis effect regularity of the crack to mechanism electromagnetic field,the advantages of the technique by which the flaws are discriminated on the basis of impedance diagram and phase analysis are testified. The relationship between the flaws and characteristics of eddy current signals is analyzed and studied.Through practical testing, it shows that the eddy current testing can increase the testing speed, improve the sensitivity and test accurately.
