摘要
汽轮机调速系统是一个非线性系统,油动机以及电液转换器都含有非线性环节,然而现在汽轮机调节系统的控制策略仍停留在PID控制。使用MATLAB中的非线性优化模块(NCD模块),对控制系统中的PID参数进行优化设计,方法简单、结果精确,同时也避免了以往优化设计中复杂的计算和编程。仿真结果表明获得一组较好的PID参数,有效改善了汽轮机调节系统的性能。
The governing system of steam turbine is a nonlinear system, the oil motor and the electricity-liquid converter both contain the nonlinear juncture, but the control strategy of the steam turbine governing system still stay at the PID control at present. Using the NCD module in MATLAB, the PID parameter in the control system can be designed optimally, while the method is simple, the result is precise, and at the same time avoid the complex calculation and programming in the traditional optimal designing. The result of simulation indicate that a quite good PID parameter is achieved, and improved the character of steam turbine governing system efficiently.
