摘要
目的 对金毛狗脊Cibotiumbarometz(L .)J.Sm .根茎中化学成分进行分离鉴定 ,为进一步开发利用提供依据。方法 采用硅胶柱反复层析分离化合物 ,并通过理化数据和波谱数据确定其结构。结果 共分离鉴定了 12个化合物 ,即 :棕榈酸(I)、棕榈酸甲酯(Ⅱ )、亚油酸(Ⅲ )、油酸(Ⅳ )、硬脂酸乙酯(Ⅴ )、对羟基乙酰苯胺(Ⅵ )、蔗糖 (Ⅶ )、C2 7的饱和脂肪酸(Ⅷ )、原儿茶醛(Ⅸ )、β -谷甾醇 (Ⅹ )、香草醛(Ⅺ ) 和山奈素(Ⅻ )。 结论 化合物Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅺ、Ⅻ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Cibotium barometz(L.)J.Sm.Methods Silica gel column chromatography was used to isolate and purify the compounds and the structures were identified on the basis of IR,MS,1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and other data.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as Palmitic acid(I),Palmictic acid methyl ester(Ⅱ),Linoleic acid(Ⅲ),Oleic acid(Ⅳ),Stearic acid ethyl ester(V),4′-Hydroxyacetanilide(Ⅵ),Sucrose (Ⅶ),C 27 saturated fatty acid(Ⅷ),Protocatechualdehyde(Ⅸ),β-Sitosterol(Ⅹ),Vanillin(Ⅺ),3,4′,5,7-Tetrahydroxyflavone (Ⅻ).Conclusion Ⅲ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅺ and Ⅻ were reported in Cibotium barometz for the first time.
