水蛭微粉对早期脑梗死治疗的作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的 探讨水蛭微粉对早期脑梗死治疗作用。方法 采用健康雄性Wistar大鼠作为试验对象 ,将其分为正常对照组、假手术组、模型组、粗粉组和细粉组等 5组 ,造模后 ,检测各组大鼠超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、内皮素 (ET)水平及血小板最大聚集率 (MPAR)。结果 急性脑缺血大鼠自由基反应加强 ,血管内皮损伤严重 ,血小板活性加强 ,与正常对照组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。水蛭预处理对上述损伤有抑制作用 ,水蛭微粉优于水蛭粗粉 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1)。结论 两种水蛭制剂对大鼠急性脑缺血各项损伤指标均有改善 ,且以超微粉碎水蛭更为明显 ,水蛭微粉较水蛭粗粉更能有效地改善脑缺血梗死损伤、提高临床疗效 ,肯定了水蛭微粉临床应用的价值 ,进一步深化了水蛭的药理内容 ,证实了超微粉碎技术的实用价值 ,为优选中西医结合治疗脑梗死方案提供了可靠的依据。 Aim To study the therapeutic effect of ultra-fine particle of Whitman on early cerebral infarction disease.Methods Healthy male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups:normal control group,sham group,model group,bigger particle of Whitman group and ultra-fine particle of Whitman group.Then they were experimented to be acute ischemically injured brain models and the levels of SOD,MDA,ET,MPAR in Serum were observed.Results There were serious vascular endothelium injury,platelet activition,lipid peroxidation in ischemiclly injured rat brain,and the difference was very significantly(P<0.01).The predisposal of Whitman could inhibit the injuries above mentioned.The effect of ultra-fine particle of Whitman was better than that of bigger particle of Whitman(P<0.05、P<0.01).Conclusion Both the two Whitman particles can improve the acute ischemically injured brain signs,but the ultra-fine particle is even better.Ultra-fine particle of Whitman was more effective in treating cerebral infarction disease than bigger particle of Whitman.The clinical value of ultra-fine particle of Whitman is confirmed,and can offer reliable evidence for select better project of treating cerebral infarction disease.
