差示紫外分光光度法测定乳酸环丙沙星滴眼液的含量

Determination of Ciprofloxacin lactate eye Drops by Differential Spectrophotometry

目的 测定乳酸环丙沙星滴眼液的含量。方法 采用差示紫外分光光度法 ,不经分离 ,直接测定无干扰。溶剂为 0 .1mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液及 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液 ,检测波长为 2 83nm。结果 乳酸环丙沙星的线性范围 3～ 15 μg·ml-1,回归方程△A =0 .0 4 4 4C - 0 .0 0 13,r =1.0 0 0 ,平均回收率和RSD分别为 10 0 .9%、0 .4 5 %。结论 方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Aim To determine ciprofloxacin eye drops and provide the method of quality control.Metheds Differential spectrophotometry was applied without prior separation.Results The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of ciprofloxacin were 100.9% and 0.45% respectively.Conclusion This method is simple,quick and accurate.
