Determination of Ferulic Acid in Shengnaokang wan by HPLC

目的 建立圣脑康丸中的阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法 HPLC法 ,KROM -C18柱 ,甲醇 - 1%冰醋酸 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长 32 0nm。结果 此方法线性关系良好 (r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率 10 1.11% ,相对标准偏差RSD为 0 .5 7%结论 方法较简单 ,准确 ,可用于圣脑康丸的质量控制。

Aim To establish the determination method of frulic acid in Shengnaokang wan.Methods Column KROM-C 18 was used.The mobile phase consisted methanol-1%acid(30∶70).Detective wavelength was 320nm.Results The linearity of this method was good and the averge recovery was 101.11% with RSD=0.57%(n=4).Conclusion This method was simple accurate and available for the quality control in Shengnaokang wan.
