薄层扫描法测定健脑益智胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量

Determination the contents of Tanshinone II A in Jiannao Yizhi capsules by TLC-scanning mothod

目的 建立健脑益智胶囊中丹参酮IIA 含量质量控制方法。方法 采用薄层扫描法测定健脑益智胶囊中丹参酮AII含量并进行了方法学的研究。结果 丹参酮IIA 含量测定方法的平均回收率 98.85 % ,RSD为 2 .0 3%。本方法具有简便快速、重现性好的特点 ,结论 本方法可作为健脑益智胶囊的质量控制方法。

Aim To establish a quality control method for Jiannao yizhi capsules.Methods The content of Tanshinone II A was determined by TLC-scanning.The methodology of the determination was also studied.Reaults The average recovery was 98.85% with RSD=2.03%.This method was simply,quick and reproducible.Conclusions The method in this article can be used for the quality control of Jiannao Yizhi capsules.
