A Probe into the Relationship between International Order and National Sovereignty

国际秩序与国家主权是一种逻辑互动关系。一方面,当今国际秩序对国家的政治主权、司法主权以及国家主权平等原则等产生了消极的影响;另一方面,尊重国家主权是建立公正、合理的国际秩序的基础。在未来的国际秩序中,增进国际合作、促进国际协调机制的进一步发展和多边主义的强化,是唯一理性的选择。

The relationship between international order and national sovereignty is logically interactive. On the one hand, the current international order has exerted a negative influence upon the state political sovereignty, judicial sovereignty and the doctrine of sovereignty equality; on the other hand, esteeming the state sovereignty is the basis of establishing a fair and reasonable international order. In the future international order, it is the only rational choice to enhance global cooperation, the further development of international coordination system and multilateralism.
