在传统的古典英诗中,诗人在措辞中特别注意语音因素与思想内容的有机联系,使诗歌的内容和形式达到完美和谐的境界。本文从音位与文体关系的角度来解读英国17世纪资产阶级革命时期的诗人弥尔顿(JohnMilton1608-1674)的十四行诗《失明》,仅以此诗作为例证,旨在强调在阅读英语诗歌尤其是古典英诗时,对音位模式文体功能的分析无疑对英诗欣赏大有裨益。

The poets focus specially on organic relationship between the phonemes and style in poetic creation in traditional English poetry. Thus makes an perfect and harmonious unity between the form and contents. This paper took John Milton 's (1608-1674) sonnet On His Blindness as an example to illustrate that emphasis on the stylistic function in phonemic modes in appreciation of English poetry will benefit greatly.
