CT三维重建术在颌面骨疾病的临床应用

The Usefulness of 3D- CT Image of Bone in the Oral and Maxillofacial Region

目的 :探讨CT三维重建术在颌面骨疾病的应用价值。方法 :对病变部位行薄层(1～2mm或3mm叠加)连续扫描 ,对所得图像行三维重建 ,根据临床角度摄片 ;并将图像与结果和CT断层与X平片的图像与结果比较。结果 :CT三维重建术能够将病变部位的在三维解剖影像和毗邻骨组织关系的信息提供给临床医生 ,而获得多而准确的信息。结论 :在颌面骨疾病的诊断和治疗上CT三维重建术有优于其他影像学辅助性诊断方法的价值 ,应用前景较好。

Objective:To study the usefulness of 3D- CT image of Oral and Maxillofacial region.Methods:3D- CT image were obtained from CT scan by The VOLUME.Results:3D- CT clearly and accurately demonstrated the location and extent of the disorders and adjoined tissue.Conclusion:3D- CT image can provide a comprehensive and accurate information of the location and adjoined tissue.
