摘要
目的:评价DyractAP光固化复合体修复楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法:将183例计586颗牙随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组用DyractAP复合体修复 ,对照组用光固化复合树脂修复。结果:结果显示DyractAP复合体与牙面粘接性强 ,对牙髓刺激性小 ,12mo后复查显示 ,治疗组成功率达93.4 %,对照组成功率为77.6 %,两组有显著差异 (P<0.01)。结论:DyractAP复合体是一种修复楔状缺损的新型理想材料。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of wedged- shaped defects by Dyract AP compomer.Methods:586 teeth from 183 patents with wedged- shaped defects was randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was treated by Dyract AP compomer and control group was treated by the light cured composite resins.Results:Dyract AP compomer was better adhesion to tooth substance and less stimulation to dental pulp than the light cured composite resins was.The success rate was 93.4% for experimental group and 77.6% for control group after 18 months,and the was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01),Conclusions:Dyract AP compomer is one kind of ideal material to repair wedged- shaped defects.
