摘要
通过溶液培养,研究不同浓度硒(0.0、0.10、0.25、0.50、1.0mg/L)对水稻幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,硒抑制水稻幼苗增高和增重;硒使水稻幼苗叶片MDA含量降低,SOD、POD活性增加,而CAT活性降低;硒处理,提高叶片N、P含量,低浓度硒(0.10mg/L) 提高叶片Fe、Zn和Mn含量、对K、Ca、Mg含量无明显影响,而高浓度硒(1.0mg/L)显著降低水稻幼苗叶片Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn含量。
Nutrient solution culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of Se treatment (0,0.10,0.25,0.50,1.0mg/L) on the growth and some physiological characteristics of rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedlings. The results showed that Se inhibited the increase of plant height and weight. Se decreased MDA content in leaves, increased the activity of SOD and POD in leaves, while the activity of CAT was decreased. Se increased N and P content in leaves. Low concentration of Se (0.10mg/L) increased Fe, Zn and Mn content in leaves significantly, and has no significant effect on K, Ca and Mg content. High concentration of Se (1.0mg/L) decreased Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Mn content in leaves of rice seedlings significantly.
