中国跨国经营合同中正确选择结算外汇的测算技术

To Select the Further Foreign Exchange and Exchange Rates for the Accounting in our Transnational Business Subjects Correctly

我国每年有很多跨国经营的合同在结汇,但结汇时的外汇汇率与制定合同时的汇率不同,经营者最终亏损多于收益。他们制定合同时没有选对结算的外汇或外汇汇率组合是主要的原因。我们经过多年实践后提出跨国经营者可以在谈判合同期间进行远汇避亏测算的有效技术的观点。目前我们在实践中使用远汇测算时已取得较好的效果。如果广泛运用远汇结算技术,跨国经营者就可减少结汇时的损失。

There are lots of the accounting contracts about foreign exchange in our country every year. Because of the exchange rates with the settled currencies and accounts, the transnational managers in China often happened to loss their wealth after them finishing the international business subjects. The main cause is that they will not get the right foreign currencies or the better exchange rates on their contracts at them starting the transnational business subjects. We have put forward the accounting concept of keeping away the losses ,the effective technology for measuring the further exchange rates and the right ways of selecting some foreign currencies on the foreign contracts or the negotiating business ones after our all practices. Obviously, having been utilized the further sustain-measuring system for the foreign currencies and exchange rates, many of transnational managers and subjects might cut down their losses after finishing the international business items.
