摘要
目的 通过建立低温灌洗保存供肝 2h的实验模型 ,探讨低温灌洗保存条件下TET(汉防己甲素 )对供肝的保护作用 ,分析TET对HCA液的优化效果 ,并与UW液的保护效果进行比较。方法 SD大鼠 80只 ,随机平均分成 4组。A组 (TET乳酸林格组 ) ,B组 (HCA液组 ) ,C组 (TET HCA液组 ) ,D组 (UW液组 )。经实验处理后检测各组肝组织的高能磷酸化合物的含量及保养液中ALT及LDH值、并比较各组保存供肝的病理变化。结果 A组与B组各指标比较无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;C组与B组各指标比较具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;C组与D组各指标比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 在低温灌洗保存供肝 2h条件下TET对供肝具有与HCA液相当的保护作用 ;且对HCA液具有积极的优化作用 ;TET HCA液低温灌洗并保存鼠肝 2h ,对供肝的保护作用与UW液类同。
Objective To discuss the protection of TET, investigate the optimizing effect of TET on HCA solution and compare the preservative validity between TET-HCA and UW solution during 2 h of 4(C preservation in donor liver after perfusion. Methods Eighty SD rats were equally randomized into 4 groups. The perfusion with TET-Ringer, TET-HCA, HCA and UW solutions was performed in groups A, B, C and D, respectively. Energy-rich phosphate in hepatocytes and ALT and LDH in preserved solutions were detected and pathological changes of the preserved liver observed after the perfusion in the 4 groups. Results No significant differences were observed between group A and group B. However, there were marked differences between group B and group C, so were between group C and group D. Conclusions TET can exert protective and optimizing effects on HCA under the condition of the 4(C preservation of donor liver. During the preservation for 2 h, similar effect has been found between TET-HCA and UW solutions.
