文章在界定职务犯罪概念的基础上,根据犯罪原因系统论的观点,全面剖析了造成我国当前职务犯罪猖獗的社会思想道德根源,得出了道德预防是预防职务犯罪的第一道防线也是最后一道防线的观点,最后提出了在全社会建立一套完整的预防职务犯罪道德体系的思路。

On the basis of defining crime by taking advantage of duty and according to the view of criminal cause systematization, this article analyzes comprehensively the social ideology and morals source of current rampant crime by taking advantage of duty in our country and gets the point that moral prevention is the first and last line of defense to prevent crime by taking advantage of duty, and lastly advances the thought of establishing an integrated moral system to prevent crime by taking advantage of duty in the whole society.
