The application of examples in official documents can form contrast, study causes, grasp typical cases and make a deep analysis. Through examples, we can strengthen persuasion and make principles clear. Examples include general examples and concerete examples. Sometimes they can be numbers, which can show achievements and problems. Examples have various forms, which can increase official documents' expressive effect.
