陶瓷膜在钛硅分子筛固液分离过程中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 钛硅分子筛是一种亚微米级催化剂,为解决其生产和应用中的洗涤过滤、反应分离等问题,采用平均孔径为0.2μm的陶瓷膜分离技术,可实现催化剂在浓缩和循环过程中的完全截留.实验研究表明,在操作温度为80℃、膜面流速为2.5m/s、催化剂固含量小于21%的条件下,平均渗透通量为400L/(m2·h).适宜的操作条件和反冲周期是保证良好的膜渗透通量的关键因素. Ti-Si molecular sieve is a submicron-scale catalyst.To commit the solid-liquid separation in the process of both its manufacturing and utilizing,a separating technology using homemade ceramic membrane was applied.Experimental results indicated that ceramic membrane could fully keep the catalysts in water or oximaˉtion reaction system.It was also found that,appropriate temperature is353K,crossing velocity is about2.5m/s,high permeate flux could be obtained.
