超声对原发性输卵管癌的诊断价值

Ultrasonographic Value in Diagnosing Primary Carcinoma of Fallopian Tube

目的 探讨超声对原发性输卵管癌的诊断价值。方法 应用二维和彩色多普勒超声观察 18例原发性输卵管癌的声像图特征。结果 18例经手术和病理证实 ,14例为原发性输卵管癌 ,超声诊断符合率为 77.8% ,声像图表现为三种类型 :混合性、偏实性、类囊性 ,彩色多普勒超声在实性、厚壁、混合性块物中均探及低阻血流 ,其阻力指数 (RI)在 0 .32～ 0 .4 9之间。结论 二维超声结合彩色多普勒超声可以提高原发性输卵管癌的诊断符合率。

Objective To assess the ultrasonographic value in diagnosing primary carcinoma of fallopian tube Methods The sonographic appearance of eighteen patients with suspected having primary carcinoma of fallopian tube were eamined with two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Results Fourteen of 18 cases were comfirmed by oiperation and pathology,The coincidence rate was 77 8% The sonogram festures were divided into three types:mixed,hemi solid,and cystoid types Low resistanec blood flow were detected in solid,thick wall and mixed masses by CDFI,with RI 0 32～0 49 Conclusions 2D and CDFI can improve the diagnostic auuracy rate of primary carcinoma of fallopian tube
