超声对早孕胚胎停止发育的观察

Uitrasonographic Observation on Embryonic Development Arrest in Early Pregnancy

目的 探讨早孕胚胎停止发育的声像学特征。方法 对 6 0例 B超诊断为胚胎停止发育的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果 枯萎孕卵型 4 9例 ,占 81.7% ,妊娠囊内均未见到卵黄囊 ,胎芽和胎心搏动 ,胚胎死亡型11例 ,占 18.3% ,妊娠囊内显示胚胎 ,顶臀径 (PRL )均≥ 10 mm,但未见胎心搏动和卵黄囊回声。结论 依据妊娠囊、卵黄囊、胎芽和胎心搏动的特异性表现 ,B超对早孕胚胎停止发育的诊断较准确 ,为临床处理提供了依据。

Objective To investigate the ultrasonic characteristics of embryonic development arrest in early pregnancy Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 60 patients who were diagnosed as embryonic development arrest Results Fouty nine cases were diagnosed accurately with ultrasonography as blasted gestation (about 81 7%)with no yolk,no embryo and no fetal heart beats found in gestational sac Eleven cases were diagnosed as dead embryo(about 18 3%),with embryos in gestational sac,and crown ramp length(PRL)were more than 10 mm,But no fetul heart beat and yolk bag were found Conclusions According to the different representation of the gestational bag,yolk sac,embryo and fetal heart beat,the ultrasonographic measurements can provide,precise diagnosis for embryonic development arrest of early pregnancy Ultrasonography is a valuable guidance for clinical treatment
