前置胎盘经腹与经会阴两种超声对比的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transabdominal vs Transperineal Ultrasonography in Placenta Previa

目的 研究经腹与经会阴两种超声检查途径对诊断晚期妊娠前置胎盘的差别 ,并探讨临床应用价值。方法 收集我院产科经分娩证实为前置胎盘的患者 5 8例 ,总结经腹和经会阴两种检查途径的结果 ,进行对比分析。结果 经会阴超声检查在晚期妊娠中对前置胎盘的诊断优于经腹超声检查。结论 经会阴超声诊断晚期妊娠前置胎盘具有安全、方便、诊断明确的优点 ,尤其是胎盘位于子宫后壁或侧壁、胎先露位置较低等情况 ,经腹途径显示不清时 ,更显示其优越性 ,对临床及时诊治具有一定的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the difference between transabdominal and transperineal ultrasonographic(TAUS,TPUS) diagnosis in placenta previa during late pregnancy and to assess their clinical value Methods Fifty eight patients with placenta previa were retrospectively studied The results of TAUS and TPUS were summarized,compared and analysed Results TPUS is superior to TAUS in the diagnosis of placenta previa during late pregnancy Conclusions TPUS is safe,convenient and definite in the diagnosis of placenta previa during late pregnancy In the situation of posterior or lateral placental location and low presentation,TAUS is difficult to show images clearly,whereas TPUS has priority to demonstrate more informations in details which possesses the definite guiding meanings for clinical to diagnose and make remedies timely in emergency
