摘要 正呼肠孤病毒是由编码 10个片段的双链RNA (dsRNA)组成 ,没有囊膜。根据国际病毒分类委员会第七次报告 ,正呼肠孤病毒属共有 4个成员 ,分 3个亚群 :第一个亚群包括非融合基因哺乳动物正呼肠孤病毒 (MRV) ;第二个亚群为融合基因正呼肠孤病毒 ,包括禽呼肠孤病毒 (ARV)和从飞狐 (flyingfox)分离到的内尔森海湾病毒 (NelsonBay) (NBV) ;第三个亚群包括从狒狒体内分离到的呼肠孤病毒 (BRV)。 According to the Seventh Report of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses, the orthoreovirus genus consists of four species that separate into three distinct subgroups. The nonfusogenic mammalian orthoreovirus (MRV) species represents subgroup I.The fusogenic reoviruses separate into subgroup II, containing the avian reovirus (ARV)-type species and the Nelson Bay virus (NBV) isolated from a flying fox, and subgroup III occupied by the baboon reovirus (BRV). Two isolated from snakes are defined as tentative species in the genus and form subgroup IV.
