脱硫剂性能评价用SO_2分析测试方法 被引量:6

摘要 对定电位电解法、碘量法和SO2快速检测管法进行了对比实验研究以筛选一种用于评价脱硫剂性能的方法.研究结果显示,三种测试方法都有明显的系统误差,误差从大到小为SO2快速检测管法,碘量法和定电位电解法;碘量法测量值的准确性很容易受流量和浓度的影响,即流量越大、浓度越高,其测量值越低;SO2快速检测管对SO2浓度变化不很敏感,但受操作方法的严格限制,否则会有较大偶然误差.比较实验结果,定电位电解法相对来说可以测量系统中SO2的瞬时值,测量连续、方便,如果配备不同浓度的SO2标准气体进行定期标定,基本可以满足实验要求. Three SO2 concentration measurement methods, i. e. constant potential electrolysis, iodimetry, and SO2 analytical tube were compared to select an rational one for evaluating desulfurizer. The results show that there is an obvious systematic error for all the three methods, which are in the order, from big to small, of the constant potential electrolysis, the iodimetry, and the SO2 analytical tube. The maesured value by iodimetry method is likely influenced by flow volume of flue gas and concentration of SO2, that is, the greater the flow volume and concentration are, the smaller the measured value is. As for SO2 analytical tube method, although it is not sensitive to the concentration of SO2, it needs a careful operation to avoid a big accidental error. The constant potential electrolysis method, however, is relatively good in measuring the instantaneous value of SO2, and it is convenient and continuous in operation. So, by using different concentrations of SO2, it can basically meet the requirement of measuring.
