摘要
对三七花药愈伤组织的诱导进行了探索。在由不同浓度的2,4-D,BA和IAA组成的16种培养基上对三七花药进行了愈伤组织的诱导试验。结果显示:在MS基本培养基中附加2,4-D2 0mg/L+BA1 5mg/L+IAA0 5mg/L+蔗糖6%的条件下,花药愈伤组织的诱导率可达41 1%.本试验为三七花药培养体系的建立奠定了基础。
The preliminary studies were firstly carried out on the callus induction of Panax notoginseng anther. 16 culture media composed of different concentrations of 2,4-D, BA and IAA were tested. The results showed that the highest induction efficiency 41.1% was achieved on the medium of MS+ 2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+ BA 1.5mg/L+ IAA 0.5mg/L+ sucrose 6%. The experiment set the base for the establishment of the Panax notoginseng anther culture system.
