不同氮素用量对烤烟几个生理指标的影响 被引量:15

摘要 以烤烟品种K326为材料,在盆栽条件下研究了N素用量对叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、类黄酮含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明:施氮10 15g/株时,叶绿素含量适中,采收时正常落黄;在同样的施肥水平下,类黄酮含量适中,烤后颜色较佳;随施N水平的增加,SOD活性上升,MDA含量下降。 The effects of nitrogen supply on some physiological indices such as the contents of chlorophyll,malondialdehyde (MDA),Flavonoid and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were studied with the cultivar K326 under pot experiment. The results showed that under the condition of 10.15g N per plant,chlorophyll contents were moderate which lead to normal maturity;At the same N level,flavonoid contents were moderate as well,which result in better leaf color. The activity of SOD increased with the increase of nitrogen supply,while the contents of MDA decreased.
