摘要
目的 研究人参皂苷Rg1 对实验性脑缺血的影响 ,并对大鼠脑缺血的行为指标进行分析 ,以期初步了解Rg1 对脑缺血的保护和治疗作用。方法 制作大鼠大脑中动脉供血区梗塞模型 ,腹腔给予不同组别不同剂量的Rg1 ,根据神经功能缺失症状指标进行评分。结果 1d组Rg1 各剂量 (5 0、10 0、2 0 0mg kg)与阳性对照组 (尼莫地平 1mg kg)和模型对照组 (0 9%生理盐水 5ml kg)之间相比 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;3d组Rg1 各剂量与阳性对照组相比 ,差异也无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而与模型对照组相比 ,只有 10 0mg kg中剂量Rg1 差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;7d组Rg1 各剂量与阳性对照组和模型组之间相比 ,差异均有显著性P <0 0 5。结论 人参皂苷Rg1 对脑缺血有一定的治疗和保护作用 ,但从实验来看无量效关系 ,却有明显的时效关系 ,用药时间不能过短 ,(7d为宜 )。
Objective To investigate effect of Ginsenoside-Rg 1 on the brain in adult rat following local ischemia. Methods The model of cerebral infarction in the territory of middle cerebral artery in rat was prepared, Ginsenoside-Rg 1 was injected to abdominal cavity with different doses, and the neurological function deficits were examined and analysed. Results In the 1st day group, no difference was found (P>0.05)in comparing every dose (50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg)with positive control group and negative control group. In the 3rd day group, there was no difference(P>0.05) compared with positive group, but a marked difference(P<0.05)was showed in the 100 mg/kg dose group compared with negative control group. In the 7th day group, neurological function analysis revealed great difference (P<0.05) in comparison with both pasitive group and negative group. Conclusion Ginsenoside-Rg 1 could produce effects of treatment and protection to a certain extent when it was used for local ischemia, with time-effect relationship, but with no dose effect relationship. The treatment duration should be longer, say, seven days.
