摘要
虚拟仿真技术、机电液一体化技术都是机械领域近年来兴起的先进技术,具有突出的优点。机电液一体化仿真应用于机电液一体化产品设计取代传统的机械设计、试验和研究方法必将成为一种趋势。目前,国内在机电液一体化仿真方面做的工作不多,文章在简单介绍著名的虚拟仿真软件ADAMS的基础上,重点阐述了应用ADAMS对一多轮转向样车中的电液比例控制动力转向系统进行机电液一体化仿真的方法及其过程,对机电液一体化仿真研究有一定的指导意义。
It is the necessary tendency that hydromechatronics simulation replaces the method of traditional design in hydromechatronics product development, because of its outstanding advantage. In this paper, using the famous virtual simulation software ADAMS, the method and process of hydromechatronics simulation about the electro-hydraulic proportional controlling power steering system in a multi-wheel steering model vehicles are presented in detail. Since few research of hydromechatronics simulation is done in our country, the research in this paper is of significance.
