发达国家循环经济法的构建及对我国的启示

环境的污染和破坏已严重威胁人类的自身安全。日本、德国、美国、瑞典等发达国家把发展循环经济、建立循环型社会视为实施可持续发展战略的重要途径,并以配套的法律制度作为支撑。发达国家的经验对我国发展循环经济、实现循环经济立法具有重要的借鉴意义。

The world Environment polluted and destroyed have forced humankind to make for the sustainable development. The developed countries ,such as Japan,Germany, America , Sweden and ect.,have regarded developmenting circular economy and building up circular society as an important avenue to execute the sustainable development strategy with the supporting legal system. We should learn meaningful experience on developmenting the circular economy and fulfilling the circular economic legislation from the developed countries.
