摘要
研究了棉铃虫对丙溴磷抗性的遗传方式,抗性、敏感品系及正、反交后代的适合度。结果表明:抗性遗传方式为常染色体不完全隐性遗传,显性度D值分别为 0.32和 0.18。抗性品系DTR幼虫和蛹发育历期分别为11.7d和9.4d,均长于YSS、DT、RS及SR;交配率为40.2%,相近于DT品系(44.8%),但低于YSS及正、反交后代;产卵量为1019.8粒,低于YSS、DT、RS及SR;卵孵化率为38.2%,接近于YSS和DT,但低于正、反交后代。DT、SR、RS及DTR品系净增殖率分别为103.0、207.4、227.1及63.4%,其适合度仅分别为YSS品系的0.55、1.13、1.24及0.35;DTR品系比其它品系具有显著的种群生存劣势。
Inheritance mode of resistance to profenofos in the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera, and the relative fitness of the resistance, susceptible strains and reciprocal cross progenies were studied in the laboratory. The results of genetic analysis showed that the inheritance mode of the resistance to profenofos in the cotton bollworm appears to be autosomal incompletely recessive. The LD-P lines of the F_1 progenies from the reciprocal crosses (F_1: DTR_♀×DT_♂, F_1': DTR_♂×DT_♀) were nearer to the side of the LD-P line of SS strain, the LD_(50) values of them were (0.4262) and (0.5183) μg per larve, respectively, and there were no significant difference between them. The dominance degrees (D) of the F_1 progenies from the reciprocal crosses (F_1: DTR_♀×DT_♂, F_1': DTR_♂×DT_♀) were -0.32 and -0.18, respectively. The results of the relative fitness indicated that the resistant strain possessed significantly biological disadvantages, including prolonged larval period and pupal period, lighter pupa weight, lower mating rates and oviposition rates. The larval period and pupal periods of DTR strain were (11.7) d and 9.4 d, respectively, and longer than that of YSS, DT, RS and SR strains (10.3~10.6 d and 8.7~8.9 d). The mating rate of DTR strain was 40.2%, approximate to DT strain (44.8%), but lower than that of YSS, SR and RS strains (70.6%~76.7%). The number of eggs laid by per female of DTR strain was 1019.8, lower than that of YSS, DT, RS and SR strains (1256.2~1423.5). The hatchability of DTR strain was 38.2%, had no significant difference with YSS and DT strains ((46.2%~46.6%)), but was lower than that of SR and RS strains (55.0%~59.4%). The resistant strain possessed 0.62 of the fitness value relative to DT strain (the same source as DTR strain without indoor insecticide selection), and 0.35 to YSS strain (the relative susceptible strain).
