摘要
提出了一种结合传统经验算法和虚拟组分法的新颖的建模思路。基于油品的恩氏蒸馏数据、炼油工业中已有的经验关联式,对传统图表进行计算机处理,形成了常压塔简捷设计系统。与常规方法相比,基于取消塔顶冷回流方案的能量节约2.4×106kJ·h-1,且有满意的计算精度和拔出率。新的方法为原油精馏塔方案设计和严格模拟优化提供了一条可行的途径。
A novel method, combining pseudocomponent method with traditional empirical method, for crude petroleum distillation was proposed. Based on the Engler distillation data and empirical formulas from handbooks and correlations from empirical figures, an atmospheric distillation process design system (ADPDS) was developed for crude petroleum distillation unit. Compared with the pseudocomponent method, about 2. 4×106 kJ · h-1 was saved as the result of application of this system and the calculation precision was satisfactory. The new method provides a feasible and effective mean to make project decision and rigorous simulation.
