摘要
针对原油供应情况的不确定性,应用化工过程模拟优化软件和换热网络系统软件,对某常减压装置进行了灵活加工换热网络的优化设计。通过装置的过程模拟、换热网络的合成、分析、模拟及换热器的核算与优化设计等工作,提出了切实可行的研究策略和改造方案。改进后的换热网络对现有换热设备全部利用,只需新增5台换热器,改造工程量小,且提高了装置的灵活加工性,只需经过简单切换即可实现加工高硫高酸重质原油和沙特阿拉伯轻质原油的能力,前者原油换热后温度可达315℃左右,后者原油换热后温度可达300℃左右。
Considering the uncertainty supply of petroleum, this paper studies the flexible process and optimum design heat exchanger networks (HEN) of an atmosphere-vacuum plant applying chemical engineering process simulation software and heat exchanger networks system software. A retrofit HEN with 5 additional heat exchangers were proposed through the process simulation, synthesis, analysis, simulation of HEN and optimum design of heat exchangers. The results showed that the process flexibility of this plant was improved greatly, with the possibility of processing not only heavy crude at 315℃ but also light crude oil at 300 ℃ by simple switch.
