摘要
本文通过分析数字图书馆信息资本概念、信息资本构成及相互关系,探讨了基于信息资本的数字图书馆决策优化策略:建立信息技术资本计划与投资控制的导向机制、构建基于用户资本的信息资源资本优化策略和建立智力资本管理策略。
By analyzing the conception,composition and its relations of the information capital(IC) in digital library,this paper discussed the decision-optimized strategies of digital library which based on the information capital:creating the information technology capital(ITC)planning and investment control guide,designing the information resources capital optimization strategy based on the user capital and cre- ating the intellectual capital management strategy.
