摘要
建设现代农业是全面建设小康社会的重大任务之一。该文提出了建设现代农业的基本原则、总体思路和目标选择 ,沿海发达地区要基本实现农业现代化的评价指标体系、建设途径和对策建议。
To build modern agriculture is one of the important task-s to All-around build well-off society. Firstly the article points out the prin-ciple,aggregate thought and selective object to build modern agriculture. Fina-lly it puts forwards the appraisal norms system,building approach and counter plan for the coastal developed areas to realize rudimental modern agriculture.
