摘要
抑郁症作为当今世界的一大心理疾病正在越来越受到人们的普遍关注。中老年人更是占大多数。体育锻炼对心理健康的促进作用已经是有目共睹了 ,而近年来的一些试验也证明了在治疗抑郁症方面 ,体育锻炼确实具有某些药物无法代替的作用。在进行体育锻炼疗法的过程中 ,太极拳由于其独特的“形神兼备 ,内外兼修”的运动特点 ,对中老年人的抑郁状况有明显的改善作用。总而言之 ,中老年抑郁病人参加太极拳锻炼具有非常重大的意义 。
Depression as a major psychological disease is m ore and more universely concered by the world. The mid-aged and elderly account s the most of the sufferers. It is commonly recognised that exercise helps peopl es health psychologically,and recently some experiments have proved that exerc ise has an positive effect which medicine cant do to cure depression. For Taijiquan is characterized with exercising physically and psychologically,bodily and mentally,it has an obvious help to alliviate the depression of the mid-age d and elderly. Totally speaking,it is of great significance for the mid-aged an d elderly sufferers of depression to practice Taijiquan,they can gain various po sitive results through this activity.
