摘要
运用问卷调查、文献资料和实证分析法 ,针对理工科院校学生和教师的现状做出分析研究 ,结合太极拳运动的特点 ,从 5个方面进行论述 ,提出 2 4式太极拳的教学策略和步骤 ,目的是树立教师创新意识 ,不断探索新的教学方法 。
Questionnaire method,literature date and demon st ration analysis method are used to analyze the present situation of Students and teachers in science and engineering colleges,and connected the feature of shado wboxing.This essay presents teaching tactics and steps from five aspects.The pri nciple of the essay is that teachers should be creative conscious,approach and improve teaching methods constantly so that college students can enjoy the benifit all life.
