论证候的内实外虚

On Internal Fullness and External Vacuousness of Syndromes

目的 :为证候“内实外虚”特征提供客观证据 ,为证候规范化研究提供参考资料。方法 :借助古代大型医案数据库 ,对历代中医内科著作中论述到的证候及其症状信息群进行统计分析 ,采用国际通用的SAS 6 12统计软件中的非条件Logistic多元逐步回归方法筛选变量 ,最终获得回归方程数学模型。表达为logit (p) =α0 +α1x1(β1) +α2 x2 (β2 ) +……+αmxm (βm)。结果 :得出五脏相关证候的回归方程数学模型。结论 :根据每一自变量的标准化回归系数 ,可以判断出五脏相关证候的“内实”和“外虚”层次 ,认为对某一证候的诊断具有决定意义的症状组合是可以客观拟定的。

Objective: To provide objective evidences for the feature “internal fullness and external vacuousness” of syndromes and provide reference data for the studies of standardization of syndromes. Method: By utilizing Large Ancient Medical Case Database, syndrome and its related information group of symptoms and signs in the works of internal medicine of previous generations were analyzed and counted. Non-conditional logistic regression in SAS6.12 that is adopted internationally is used to screen variables. A mathematic model of regression formula was gained at last: logit (p)=α0+α1x1(β1)+α2x2(β2)+…+αmxm(βm). Result: Regression formula of five viscera related mathematic model of syndromes were gained. Conclusion: According to the standardized regression coefficient of each independent variable, the layers of “internal fullness” and “external vacuousness” of five viscera related syndromes could be educed. It is thought that the combined symptoms and signs that have decisive significance to a certain syndrome can be sketched out objectively.
