针药并用治疗常见免疫性疾病痹证146例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating 146 Cases of Frequent Seen Immune Diseases with Integration of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的 :通过针药结合治疗常见免疫性疾病痹证 ,探索其治疗效果。方法 :将风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎 ,按中医痹证分为 7个证型 ,即行痹、痛痹、著痹、热痹、痰浊痹、瘀血痹、肾虚痹。中药以祛风壮骨冲剂、化瘀蠲痹冲剂分别冶疗。针灸采用三步三层取穴法 :以督脉、病因、局部的三步法 ,又以壮督兴阳之督脉 ,分上、中、下三层 ,上取大椎 ,中取至阳 ,下取命门。结果 :经过 1～ 2个月的治疗 ,总有效率为 94 5 2 %。结论 :针药并治常见性免疫性疾病痹证疗效卓著。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects of treating frequent seen immune diseases with integration of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture. Methods: Rheumatic arthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis were classified into seven syndromes according to Bi syndrome in TCM in terms of migratory Bi syndrome, painful Bi syndrome, fixed Bi syndrome, heat Bi syndrome, turbid phlegm Bi syndrome, blood stasis Bi syndrome and kidney deficiency Bi syndrome. Qufengzhuanggu Granule and Huayujuanbi Granule were used to treat them respectively. The three-step-three-layer method was adopted to choose acupoints. The three steps of choosing acupoints sequentially are Du Meridian, pathogenic factors and local symptoms. And the three layers of choosing acupoints along the Du meridian that can strengthen Du meridian to invigorate yang are Dazhui point chosen as the upper layer, Zhiyang point as the middle layer and Mingmen Point as the lower layer. Result: After treatment of 1 to 2 months, the total effective rate is 96%. Conclusion: To treat frequent seen immune diseases with integration of Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture have good therapeutic efficacies.
