酒店的内部关系营销能建立酒店员工满意与忠诚,从而赢得顾客满意和顾客忠诚。而酒店员工满意与忠诚又与其工作满意度、工作能力有关。酒店内部关系营销的实施要围绕着提高员工工作满意度和工作能力来进行,即通过制定和实施公平、合理的薪酬制度和绩效评估体系,营造尊重和关心员工的企业氛围,加强各部门员工的沟通和配合.以及对员工进行培训等措施来实现酒店的内部关系营销。
