摘要
目的 探讨交变脉冲强磁场 (AIMF)对肿瘤组织的杀伤作用及免疫效应。方法 应用AIMF对60只接种H2 2肝癌瘤株的昆明小鼠作杀伤实验 ,对组织形态学、抑瘤曲线、抑瘤率及免疫指标进行检测。结果 AIMF对肿瘤细胞具有选择性杀伤和抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用 ,对正常组织无明显损伤。各免疫指标均显著高出对照组。结论 AIMF具有直接杀伤癌细胞、抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用。并且对荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有一定调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of strong alternating impulse magnetic field (AIMF) on tumor cells and immune effect for H22 hepatoma-bearing mice. Methods Sixty Kunming mice inoculated with H22 hepatoma cancer were subject to the alternating impulse magnetic field action. The histomorphological change,tumor-suppression rate, tumor-suppression curves and immune indexes were measured in experimental group and control group. Results Under the light microscope, it was seen that the tumor cells were selectively killed and tumor growth was suppressed after AIMF treatment. However,this magnetic field did not injure the normal tissues and organs. There was a significant difference between the experimental and the control groups with regard to the immune indexes. Conclusion It was suggested that the AIMF can directly kill the tumor cells,suppress the tumor growth and regulate the immune function of the H22 hepatoma bearing mice.
