摘要
目的 :探讨 PCR检测基因重排对淋巴细胞恶性增殖性疾病的诊断价值。方法 :应用 PCR和 10 %聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及硝酸银染色对非霍奇金淋巴瘤和淋巴细胞性白血病标本进行检测。结果 :1对已明确诊断的标本检测 ,其总阳性率可达 89.19% (6 6 / 74 ) ;2单纯依赖形态学诊断为淋巴瘤的蜡块组织出现基因重排的阳性率为 80 % (12 / 15 ) ,对淋巴结炎和淋巴结核的蜡块组织检测发现重排阳性的为 4 7.2 2 % (17/ 36 )。结论 :应用 PCR法检测基因重排可作为淋巴细胞来源的良、恶性病变的一种辅助诊断手段。
Objective:To study the value of detecting the gene rearrangements with PCR in diagnosis of lymphoproliferative diseases.Methods:The gene earran gement was mornitored by polymerase chain reaction including semi-nest PCR, and the products of PCR were electrophoresed through 10% polyacrylamide and then th e gels were stained with sliver nitrate.Result:①The total positive rate could reach 89 .19% in 79 specimens diagnosed by morphology. ②The positive rate of gene rearran gement in 15 wax-embedded tissues diagnosed only through morphology was 80%(12/1 5). The positive rate of 22 lymphadenitis and 14 lymph node tuberculosis was 47.2 2%(17/36).Conclusion:Detecting gene rearrangement by PCR could be a kind of subsi diary means to diagnose the lymphoproliferative disease.
