多发性硬化的组织—病理学改变与^1H—MRS表现 被引量:1

摘要 炎症和髓鞘破坏是多发性硬化(MS)的主要病理改变,但轴索损害在MS的发病机制中起了很大的作用,而质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)能无创性地活体检测脑组织轴索损害。综述了MS的病理学改变及其对神经功能障碍的解释,N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)改变对神经元和轴索的特异性,MS脑组织中NAA的变化及其对治疗的意义。
