Gene Localization of the Newtype Fimbrial(F1987) of E.coli

对动物产肠毒素性大肠杆菌 (ETEC)的一种新型菌毛 (F1987)进行了相应基因的定位研究 ,通过对表达该新型菌毛 (F1987)相应 ETEC菌株的培养、质粒提取、对大肠杆菌受体菌株 DH5α的转化及阳性转化子筛选与相应菌毛表达的检定等 ,初步表明该新型菌毛 (F1987)

A relative gene mapping study has been made for a kind of newtype fimbrial(F1987) of animal′s enterotoxigenic E.coli.By incubating to relative ETEC strains of expressing this newtype fimbrial(F1987),extracting to plasmid,transformating to receptor bacteria strain DH5α,screening test to positive transformat and identificating to expression of relative fimbrial,the results indicated that gene of this newtype fimbrial(F1987) is located in plasmid.
