摘要
将聚乙二醇 (PEG)与尿素、石英粉等材料共混制备了新型的复合材料水溶芯 ,并对这种水溶芯进行了弯曲强度、水溶性能测试 ,且进行了 45°管接头铸件试制。结果表明 :尿素的用量控制在 3 0 %左右效果最好 ,石英粉用量为 10 %~ 2 0 %较为适宜 ;所制得的水溶芯强度高、表面光洁、水溶性好、性能稳定、成本低。用这种水溶芯铸出的铸件尺寸形状准确 ,轮廓清晰 ,具有较高质量的内腔表面。
Neo-water-soluble cores of composite materials were prepared by blending polyethylene glycols (PEG) with urea and quartz powder, etc, and the bending strength and water-soluble behavior of the cores were tested. The results showed the contents of urea and quartz powder would better to be 30% and 10%~20% respectively. The water-soluble cores prepared had high strength, good glassy surface, water-soluble, stable property, and low cost.
