Preparation of Adhesive Resin for Few Crystallite Compound Film

摘要 采用马来酸酐接枝LLDPE制备了复合膜用粘结树脂 ,考察了阻聚剂、马来酸酐、引发剂以及反应温度和螺杆转速对粘结树脂晶点数值的影响 ;重点研究了阻聚剂种类和用量对接枝产物的晶点数值、熔体质量流动速率及剥离强度的影响。结果表明 :一定量的阻聚剂有效地减少了晶点数值 ,提高了熔体质量流动速率 。 Adhesive resin for compound film was prepared by means of the graft of MAH onto LLDPE. The effects of retarder,MAH,initiator, reaction temperature and screw speed on the number of the crystallite of the resin were investigated,with the emphasis on the effects of the types and content of the retarder on the number of the crystallite, the melt MFR and peeling strength of the graft product. The results showed the use of certain amount of retarder could effectively reduce the number of crystallite,improve the MFR and keep the peeling strength unchanged.
