摘要
山野菜产品已成为市场的一个消费热点,有较好的开发前景。针对刺嫩芽、黄瓜香和五加叶这三种山野菜,用冷冻干燥的方法进行了实验。通过实验,给出了工艺过程以及冻干曲线,针对这几种物料作了相应的能耗分析。
Potherbs are rich in nutrients and people's fond vegetables in market.The freeze drying experiments of three potherbswere carried out and their technological processes and drying kinetics were obtained.Finally,the energy consumptions for these vegetables drying were analyzed.
