摘要
中国加入WTO之后,企业面对国外跨国公司的市场竞争,应努力开拓国内、国际两个市场,在全球范围内以最有效的方式解决采购、供应、销售、售后服务、运输、仓储及资源的整合等一系列问题,以便降低成本、提高效益。因此,物流战略越来越成为企业总体战略中不可分割的重要组成部分,它是提高企业核心竞争力的关键。
The China's entrance into WTO has brought the competition of multinational corporations before China's logistic enterprises, who should solve a series of problems-purchase, supply, selling, after sale service, transportation, storage, integrity of resources-by exploiting both the domestic and international market so as to lower costs and increase profits. Therefore, logistic strategy has increasingly become an indispensable part of the general strategy and a key factor to enhance the core competence of an enterprise.
