The original intention of establishing ASEAN is to mitigate both the tension between Southeast nations and impact of the external factors on the region, and to promote their economic development and the consolidation of the state power. Followed the financial crisis,ASEAN nations,abandoning the policies of direct interference by government,devote themselves to introducing foreign capital in all-round way so as to consolidate their international status.
