摘要
概述数字图书馆的概念及特点,指出数字图书馆建设的3个核心问题。介绍了美国、英国等发达国家的数字图书馆建设进展,分析了我国数字图书馆的发展现状及存在的问题。
The digital library, as a new model of a library, has been widely welcomed in the world in recent years. The digital library and its characters were summarized. Three key issues on the construction of digital library in China were put forward. The construction of digital library in some countries such as USA, UK and so on was introduced. The conditions and problems arising from the development of the digital library in China were analysed.
