人工抗原提呈细胞研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 人工抗原提呈细胞(AAPC)多采用人工载体或异种动物细胞,化学交联或基因重组表达MHC:抗原肽复合物及共刺激分子,模拟T淋巴细胞活化信号在体外或体内活化T淋巴细胞。并通过人为控制AAPC上MHC:抗原肽复合物及共刺激分子的种类和数量,来实现对T淋巴细胞活化的调控,可用于对肿瘤或病毒感染性疾病的过继性细胞治疗、抗原提呈和T淋巴细胞活化信号的研究等。
