摘要
目的 分析瓷桩核前牙全瓷冠的受力情况 ,并与镍铬合金桩核金属烤瓷冠的受力情况作对比。方法 设计上颌中切牙瓷桩核全瓷冠修复体模型和金属桩核金属烤瓷冠修复体模型 ,利用二维有限无分析法计算在九种加载条件下 ,各模型瓷层、粘接层及剩余牙根拉应力、压应力、剪切应力及Von -Mises应力。结果 瓷桩核全瓷冠修复体模型桩核部分四种应力值均小于金属桩核金属烤瓷冠修复体模型 ;两模型其他部分应力值相近。两个模型各层次的四种力值均随加载与牙长轴的角度加大而增大 ;随加载位置从切端向牙颈部移动而减小。结论 在正常功能状态下 ,使用瓷桩核与金属桩核相比 ,对剩余牙体组织的应力大小和分布没有明显的影响。而加载的角度和部位对剩余牙体组织应力大小和分布的影响最为明显。
Objective The objective of this study i s to analyze the stress distribution in ceramic crown with ceramic post-core and compare to metal-ceramic crown with metal post-core.Methods The two-dimensional finite element models of cera mic crown with ceramic post-core and ceramometal crown with metal post-core in t he maxillary central incisor are constructed.The stress of ceramic crown porcela in veneer,adhesive layers and roots in two models are estimated with different l ocations and angles.Results The maximum stress of post-core in ceramic crown with metal post-core model.The maximum stresses of other parts in two models hav e no significant difference.Conclusion In normal condition,the stress distribution of roots with ceramic and metal post-core has no significant difference.The direct ion of function load has a greatest effect on maximum stress in the root.
