摘要
目的 通过比较正畸治疗前后口呼吸儿童舌骨位置的变化 ,来评价Bionator矫治器对口呼吸所致安Ⅱ1错牙合患者的疗效。方法 对 13例替牙早期口呼吸所致安Ⅱ1错牙合患者 ,以Bionator矫治器治疗 ,用图像数字化X线头颅定位摄片仪 ,于治疗前、后拍摄头颅侧定位片 ,对其中的舌及舌骨位置在治疗前、后的变化值作对比分析 ,并进行统计学检验。结果 舌骨至下颌平面 (N -MP)、眼耳平面 (N -FH)和舌骨至蝶鞍的垂直距离 (H -Sver)等测量值较治疗前分别增加 3.95mm、2 .5 3mm、2 .2 1mm ;而舌骨相对于第三颈椎的水平距 (H -C3hor)和相对于颏棘点的水平距均 (H -RGn)较治疗前明显增加 ,其变化有显著性差异。结论 Bionator矫治器在改变上下颌位置关系的同时 ,能使知舌位置向前向上移位 ,有效维持了口咽部气道的通畅。
Objective To study the effects of Bio na tor appliance on hyoid position with mouth breathing children,and to appraise cu rative effect of sufferer with Bionator appliance.Methods Thirteen patients of mixed-dentition with Angles Ⅱ1 malocclusion of topical mouth breathing were treated by Bionator appliance ,and the changes of the hyoid position pre- and post-treatment were measured and analyzed.Results The values of N-MP,N-FH and H-S(Ver)were bigger t han that of pre-treatment by 3.95mm,2.53mm and 2.21mm.But the H-C3(hor)and H-RGn were increased.They had statistic difference between pre- and post-treatment.Conclusion The Bionator appliance can move hyoid position front and up.It can improve the free and stabilization on airway of pharynx wit h mouth breathing children,when it changed the relations of the maxilla and mand ible.
